After-Hours Emergency Request Procedure
Call the VerityThree Emergency Request line and leave a message. This message will be responded to by the Emergency Support Representative shortly.
  • Dial: (815) 385-4474

  • At the welcome message, press 9 to enter our Emergency Request Mailbox to leave a message. The system will automatically page the Emergency Support Representative, forward your message for response, and create a service request for tracking purposes.  A charge of $200/hr. may apply depending on your Service Level Agreement (SLA).
